Dear EA FC team,
I've reached level 25 from the season 6 on EAFC26 and did not receive the premium reward (Goalkeeper Oliver Kahn), which I paid money for it.
I've tried all the possible solutions, and the player is not in my club, and I have never received it.
I've contacted the support, and they don't care about it.
I would like to either get my reward or a refund for the premium content.
I'm on PS5.

This is insane. It’s a paid premium content, it can’t be left unsolved.
Same here been dealing with this all week. Losing out on a bunch of players, evos, packs, etc. I would think that after a couple of weeks of people complaining about the situation things would get resolved or at least some kind of update on the status. We put a lot of time and money for these things to keep happening. 🤦
Have you contacted EAHelp via email? Have they replied back to you? I haven’t heard from them in 2 days. This is absurd. You purchase something and simply not receive it sounds criminal. It must be against the law to do this.

at the very bottom of the page, there is a contact us button so you could get in touch with them.
But what they did tell me to do was to turn off my two factor authentication not sure if it’s gonna work. I’m barely trying it, but they did say it would work or it has worked for others. Good luck
It makes no sense… what does 2FA have to do with the reward? I have contacted them 2 times and no response from them. I would like to escalate that somehow. It’s a paid content.
Imagine going to McDonalds paying for your meal and not getting it at the end. It’s unacceptable.
I know bro. But for some reason it worked I got all my rewards almost 10k
