"Failed to load" when trying to open the game

Yesterday i ran into a problem where my game had crashed just after 20 minutes of playing and when i tried to open it back up it comes up with "Failed to load" i don't know how to fix this and i've tried multiple things:

Restarting pc

Uninstall game

Repair game

Clear cache

Has anyone else ran into this problem or knows how to fix it?
