False Positive Sanction on FC26 - Needs Community Manager #253756770

Dear EA Community Managers and TOS Support,

I am writing to request a community manager’s help in escalating my false positive sanction case (Case ID:253756770)

My EA Account has been unjustly sanctioned with a total coin wipe. The TOS team sent me automated rejection emails without providing any details or conducting a thorough review. What's more concerning is that the reason changed arbitrarily from "coin distribution" in the first email to "cheating/unauthorized software" in the second email.

I can state with 100% certainty that I have NEVER bought, sold, or transferred coins, nor have I ever used any third-party trading bots, scripts, or modified software.

Here are the facts regarding my setup and account activity:

Devices Used: I trade exclusively through official channels using an iPhone 16 (iOS) and official Google Chrome on macOS. Both are clean, closed-ecosystem platforms free of malware or automated extensions.

Legitimate Trading: All my Transfer Market activities were normal, manual in-game trades and SBC completions.

The automated system clearly flagged a false positive, and the front-line TOS team simply sent template rejections twice without auditing my actual connection logs or trade history.

I kindly request an EA Community Manager to help flag and escalate to a Senior Support Specialist for a proper manual technical audit.

Thank you for your time and help!

    Hey chaum888,

This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to escalate or support appeals here on the forums, as we lack the necessary tools and records to do so.

If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. Please note that this review is conducted manually by a human advisor, though we understand that the template-based response can create the impression of an automated reply.

As long as you haven't received a message stating that the decision is final or the case is closed, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal. And once you create the appeal, feel free to keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once the review is complete. Thanks!
