You can't just suspend me as you wish even though I've never participated in cheat mods. Do we know that teenage kids who play badly don't press the Report button? It's completely illegal to ban me like this!!!

If you have a ban complaint, it's best to go to EA Help.
Even though you can’t appeal a ban in the forums, it must be said that it’s fairly shocking just how many customers show up in here with this complaint (an unfair/unprovoked ban). When you consider that this probably represents just a fraction of the number who are receiving them it gives a pretty bad impression of whatever system EA is using to affect the bans. I’m all for trying to weed out cheaters, but it certainly appears as though there are a significant number of false positives AND there is definitely a communication breakdown as to how to appeal an unfair ban. One has to imagine that if the appeal protocols were at all clear then we wouldn’t see this constant flow of posts in here.
