How do I obtain a refund for the game? I brought it before Christmas and since then is has never performed as it meant to. Game play is impossible in any online format. This is not what I paid for and I feel completely conned by EA Sports. I’m sure I am not the only one
Community ManagerCertain eligibility criteria apply to refunds. In other words, if you have been playing for months, then a refund is unlikely.

EA_Barry there is also something like common decency. Doing what is right.
Your game is a totally different game than it was since Christmas. We had dozens of versions so far, after each patch a different one. None of them came even close to what was promised last summer. It is not more than normal that people ask for a refund if you keep altering it while nothing changes for the better
