FC 26 GRAPHICS BUG

No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of these mobile-game-quality graphics. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. My graphics settings are set to Ultra, and my PC has no issues at all. However, this problem seems to have started after the last update. I’ve found no solution online, and nothing I’ve tried works. Can anybody find a solution please. I am desperate
