FC 26 Not showing up in library after i preordered it.
I preordered ea sports fc 26 through the ea app on my pc. The game itself doesnt show up in my library but i have recieved all rewards for the fc 25 game. It even shows up in my order history but not in the library. I have tried many things such as restarting my computer and the app. I have also tried logging in and out and clearing the cache but nothing fixes the problem. Please Help.
Update: I pre-ordered on 30 July. After several unsuccessful tickets and a useless live chat, the item appeared in my library. Although the order still shows as 'in progress', I decided to check the library and found it there. I've attached screenshots.
I hope everything is sorted out quickly for everyone because the service has been disappointing.
