FC 26 TOTY EDITION is not opening.

My FC26 TOTY edition, which I purchased from Epic Games, has been unusable for 4 days. When I click to open the game, it redirects me to the EA APP homepage without any error message, and the game doesn't launch. I've tried everything, and EA customer service hasn't been able to find a solution. Please, if anyone has experienced this problem and found a solution, write to me, and I'm also calling on the authorities here to resolve this issue.
