Quitting no points given

Why don't you respond EA? People buy your product and there is a glitch where opponents can quit and this week I have won 4 games in seasons and no points gained in any due to quitting.

Do you value those players who may quit your platform if they can't pull the plug when frustrated?

So many posts on here and yet I see no replies... don't forget we are talking about 'sport' here... the thing that is so important in building fibre through competition and yet you reward those who lack fibre and would rather quit.

If anyone can point me to an explanation EA has given for 'not dealing' with this continuous problem then please enlighten me! Thks
