Hello. I need your help!
Do you know how to contact EA support?
I've been trying to do this for several hours. The thing is, I misclicked and purchased EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition instead of the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition I originally wanted... Now I can't get a refund or buy the game I need... I've never launched FC 26 Ultimate Edition, haven't linked anything, and haven't claimed any bonuses. I specifically need the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition; they're the same price.

GoGoat85​ That depends on which store you bought it from and if they can offer you some kind of return. 

Many years ago I purchased a game, in a similar manner to your situation, on my PS3 and I contacted the PS Store and they did actually cancel my purchase so I could buy the game that I originally intended to buy and all was good in the end. I didn't launch the first purchase then so maybe you have a chance.
