My son has just put the code in for FC26 on his xbox one. It has worked and says it has been redeemed and he has got it but now he cant find it on his xbox at all to play it. Can anyone help please? Thanks
Go to my games and apps. Go over right to the games and scroll to bottom of see full library. Scroll down and it’s near the old FIFA’s/ea sports
When did he redeem it ? I have the same problem but redeemed it a day before the beta date and couldn't find it anywhere on my Xbox. EA say it will not work if redeemed before the beta date.
