Fc Hub

3 days ago I reported that my FC Hub wasn't working, it wouldn't open at all, it just said that it couldn't be opened at the moment, and for 7 days, I reported an error and they said that the case was resolved, but it wasn't. After the resolved objectives, I get notifications about resolved objectives and I don't get any rewards. I lost a lot of packages that could have been for TOFY players, but I didn't get anything, and it still says that.
