Hi mate, I am having the same issue, however the tech support team does not care for its customers, they only send me automatic replies in the ticket with the same information over and over, and after the re-appeal I am sure that no one is taking care of my ticket which is quite unpleasant. I have never traded coins,actually never thought to do such thing, but yet my transfer market is banned. I want to clarify also that I am a tech person and I understand quite well that the system could mark False Positives, however it is the Tech support team responsibility to fix the problem.

By the way, the response in the ticket is quite fast, however, no solution and all, it is just a spam.
