FC26 App can't access market after doing all objs & playtime on console

I already received notification from Switch 2 console that I could access transfer market in webapp or companion app around 1 week ago. But I still cannot access market in app or web. I can access market fully in console. I also found that my playtime on console cannot be shown in web or app.  This may lead to my unability to access market in web or app.
