FC26 Ghost Reward

Hello everyone, I am reaching you out, because i have a serious problem with my Ultimate Team store in fc 26.

I have unassigned evolution reward in my store for more than a month . I already tried everything to assign it, but nothing happened so far. 
I already tried to assign in on the console (PS5), Companion App, Mobile browser, PC browser and every time there pops up same message. (Attached images). 

I do not have duplicated evolutions, Active evolutions in progress. I have tried the market trick by bidding, but did not help as well. All my objectives are claimed and there is nothing else pending in my account. I also went as far as clearing my PS5 system cache and rebuilding the database, but didn't help either…

It clearly seems to be a server-side database error that I cannot fix on my end

This is extremely frustrating because i have been blocked for more than 30 days and i have missed out in several promos. Even i cannot assign my pack rewards which are over 100 so far.. 

My EA ID is xStlkRx and i am playing on PS5.

I would really appreciate your help,
