Fc26 GPU and CPU usage and controler not working.

I bought the Ultimate version, and the Standard version is now out, and I can't play a single decent online game.

The only way I can play, and it's not even at 60%, is at 30 fps. I don't have the best PC in the world, but it's within the game's requirements. I have the drivers and everything recommended by EA up to date, and nothing.

It's certainly a lack of PC optimization. From what I gather from the comments and complaints I see here and all over the internet, it's also true that the problem is even worse for laptop gamers.

I reiterate the lack of consideration for customers. Not even a single "we apologize for the inconvenience," "we are working on the problem," or "when the problem is resolved, we will compensate."

I spend my time trying to fix the problem, but nothing works. It's ridiculous and ungrateful, something that shouldn't happen to us customers who pay a small fortune for the game.
