Hello. I Preordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition and the money has already been taken from my account, but the game is not showing in my library. The order status says 'Failed' with the message: "Your Payment failed. Make sure your payment method is not expired and your info is entered correctly." My payment method is fine and the funds were definitely taken. Has anyone else had this happen? What is the fix?

Maybe it's just a visual glitch.
I'm also having this issue with Sims 4 DLC I got last night - all of which have been out for awhile, I even got on and played for a couple hours before bed - and I'm not having any luck getting help from "customer support". I don't know if there was a glitch in their system last night and that's the problem. EA's customer support is so bad they either don't know it happened, or don't know the customers that are affected becase we can't directly get in contact with them.
