My son mistakenly ordered fc25 which he already has instead of fc26 via amazon. He has not redeemed the product key and wants to see if it can be cancelled and a new fc26 issued instead. Amazon wont help told me to go to EA. I raised a case with EA, still waiting for a response and waited over 4 hours to reach the chat team only to be told to post it on a forum and wait for a community manager. Can anyone please help resolve.
