Community ManagerHey proffHarun17 no harm grabbing a DxDiag to take a look at your system as based on what you shared your specs would be more inline with minimum specs so may be a case that you need to lower all specs to their lowest and test from there.

When launching the game proffHarun17 are you ensuring that you are playing on the dedicated GPU and not the internal one?
Would it also be possible to test the game on a new Windows admin account to see if you have the same issues you have been seeing.

Community ManagerYour DxDiag showed a number of Windows account related issues proffHarun17 so I wanted to rule it out as the cause.
In a situation like this you have two choices, use the new Windows admin account or try to troubleshoot the original account and see if you can fix it.
It's generally a hell of a lot easier to just use the new account as the causes of these kind of account issues could be one of thousand things.
