FC26 running at 60 FPS but game feels like slow motion, 0.50x

Game shows stable 60 FPS (no drops), but gameplay feels like slow motion, 0.50x. Player movement and ball physics are noticeably slower. What I already tried: V-Sync OFF FPS capped to 60 Low Grap...

i changed windows account and its worked! How?

Your DxDiag showed a number of Windows account related issues proffHarun17 so I wanted to rule it out as the cause.

In a situation like this you have two choices, use the new Windows admin account or try to troubleshoot the original account and see if you can fix it.

It's generally a hell of a lot easier to just use the new account as the causes of these kind of account issues could be one of thousand things.

Hi EA_Darko can you help me, i have same issue. I run my fc 26 at 60 fps but it like 0,5 x slow motion, it only normal when i run with 30 fps. i've try to run in new windows account but it same no effect. i have similar specs like proffHarun17 but different on cpu.
System:
Ryzen 7 6800HS
GTX 1650 (laptop)
16 GB RAM
Steam version
