Fc26 Will not start

I have the same problem since yesterday to, EA man

I wrote this to them but there not responding:
Hello I am quite upset waking up this morning, ive been trying to contact support for the last week and no one is responding. First 
of all  i should of gotten my ea fc 26 yesterday but you guys changed the pitch notes and got me to buy ea play to get 10h trial
to play yesterday. when it was time to log on no one could get on. a problem that ea tweeted about. then magicaly the issue was 
resolved for everybody. and no more youtube videos or reddit posts were uploaded. and there i was preordered a game for 100 euro and 
then to play it first day needing to buy ea play for 5 euro to not even play at all. this morning when I woke up it was time to launch
the game from steam. no still not working. I try to launch the game and the little EA FC 26 window pops up for about 15 seconds and
then i get greeted with the beautiful ea app not showing any information on why it crashed/didnt launch. 
First of all: I demand to get my money back from the ea play because the game didnt launch yesterday at all
Second of all(more important): Get me on the game ASAP 
DONT YOU DARE SHOW ME A BASIC TUTORIAL THAT SHOWS ME TO REPAIR FILES, RESTART MY PC etc. ive done all of that. 
Please EA i am on my knees begging to you to acctually help me.
I am absolutley fed up not getting to play a game Ive spent 100 euro on.
