Hey Anel5253​ It’s possible that your transaction was rejected for some reason. I’d recommend checking with your payment method provider to confirm, or trying again a bit later.

It took my money i wont buy again, it's not rejected it literaly took my money

What failed if u took my money i want my game, i dont understand, is this hard to make normal luncher so i can buy games like in any other luncher

If the transaction status shows as “Failed,” that means it was rejected and did not go through.

So if it didn't go trough why i cant use my money, i know i will never get that money back, so i want my game fix it now, transaction is over and took my money, i know ea just scaming people as allways

I would advise you to contact the bank in that case. They will be able to confirm the status of the funds on your account and the reason why that transaction has failed and was not completed. 

I would advise u guys to fix and give me the game

I'd just demand a full refund 

Problem is i cant make a refund coz it is not bought, but it took my money and i cant do nothing
