Feels like im cheating

I'm pretty sure something is going wrong, I've raised this season "Diogo Travassos" to 88 pace and 88 Phys as an RB and the overall is still as 77, I dunno what I did but Ie feel this isn't right and I don't want to get banned over something I don't even understand..

Btw, do you really have to do the training crap for clubs, cause I 've been playing for a while and I'm still at 79 (oh how I reckon the answer will be YES  you **bleep**, but i'll take it) :P
