GAME IS UNPLAYBALE ON PC AFTER NEW PATCH

I agree. Zero fluidity, Insane delay lag. I dont understand though. I literally can only move in 45 degrees turning like a truck, press pass and then 3 seconds later they pass, pass to the player at the top of the screen, passes to the bottom, but my opponets are fidget spinning back and forth at the top of the 18 doing back and forths like its nothing while my in form 88 female boss lady with 89 agility turns like a 18 wheeler. I dont understand. Its not fair and its broken
