When they released the first patch passing was clean and precise, when they added the live to “fix” R1 it’s done something to the passing again and it’s back to how it was, not sure if it’s a direct correlation to R1, but I’d 100% like to have accurate passing over faster R1 responsiveness
Yes, you’re spot on mate. The only way I can describe it is that passing doesn’t lock onto the targeted player now. It can be random and go to an unintended player. If you’re cutting in from the wing and make a pass to a player inside the box, it will pass backwards to a player outside the box!
I don’t abuse the R1 mechanic and would rather it is not in the game personally. I prefer, Tiki Taka fast and accurate passing. This was in the game before this recent update, the game was perfect!
Tackling also was accurate and effective, there seems to be a delay in the tackle animation coming off also. Again, before this recent update I found tackles to be consistent.
Ive had a weekend off the game now anyway. As I mentioned its not enjoyable, even when winning games.
