The only way they can guarantee Rank 1 champs is by hacking your account to 15 wins against others who dont deserve the hack loss. , they dont just have pros playing 10000 games a week for you and those who buy this service.

Ban these websites, or FIX YOUR GAME SO THEY CANT DO THIS..
