Bug Report Draft

Hello,
>I would like to report an issue that happened to me in the Online Draft mode of Ultimate Team. After spending time completing objectives and moments to earn a draft token, I entered a match and, due to a bug, I could only control one player on my team instead of controlling the whole team.

I checked the settings, and the player control was correctly set to “Whole Team”, but the issue persisted. This caused me to lose the match unfairly and consequently lose the draft token that took me a long time to earn.
I kindly ask you to grant me a new Online Draft token or some form of compensation so that I can play under normal conditions, as the problem was not my fault.

Second time this happens, i was expecting now no more cheaters, but they are everywhere.
