Glitched rewards

I’m on Level 21 premium pass and have passed both 3000xp on the premium pass. Before purchasing the paid pass I was level 18 so that means I should have gained 6 levels instead of the only 3 levels I’ve gained

Update it seems that levels 19-21 have not been claimed and I am unable to claim them for some reason
