Got a month ban on mobile, no clue of the reason and no reply to appeal form

I've zero clue if what I've done to be banned for a month. The only slightly different behavior of simple playing is that I connect to VPN from time to time, my phone does it by default sometimes. Can this represent a serious violation? No response to 2 forms sent, no explanation. Any help?

    Hey 0x7jsfqr6fd0​,

    Unfortunately we can't look into ban here on the forums. When did you raise your appeals exactly? It can take our terms of service team up to 10 days to respond (depending on a number of factors), so if it hasn't been that long since you sent those appeals I'm afraid I can only ask you to be patient until they can get back to you.

    Hopefully you'll get a response sooner than that, so it's still worth reaching out. Especially since you say that your ban's for a month, which means that even if it does take 10 days you should get a reply well before that expires.

    Got it, thanks. I'm 10 days for the ban to be lifted so at this point I'll just wait for the reactivate. As I've operated on good faith though, it just frustrates me that I got no explanation whatsoever. Doesn't look good for my future engagement, although I loved the game
