Hacked/ Scammed - Unfair Ban and No support
I’m posting here because I don’t know what else to do. My EA account was hacked after I fell victim to a scam link, and since then all of my coins and tradeable players have been taken. In Quick Sell Recovery there’s even evidence of an Inform card being used to transfer coins, which I never did. My login history also shows an unauthorised login from Los Angeles, while I live in the UK.
Despite providing this evidence, EA have now banned me from the Transfer Market as if I was the one transferring coins. I feel like I’m being ignored and treated unfairly when I’ve done nothing wrong. I have spent a lot of money on FIFA Points, bought the Ultimate Edition, and invested many hours into this game.

If EA don’t believe me, why would I buy FIFA Points, buy Ultimate Edition, and play the game consistently just to risk it all by selling coins? An advisor even replied saying there was “no unusual activity” — so if not this, then who did it? A ghost?
If EA need further proof, I can even provide bank statements to show how much I’ve put into the game and that I’ve never received a penny from coin selling sites.
I’ve been the victim of a scam, yet I’m the one being punished. I just want my account reviewed properly and my access restored.
