The name of the team is [Removed by CM]. We tried matchmaking but it failed twice then when we found a team it was like our speed was at zero. And AI players didn’t even respond or do anything. The most frustrating thing is that this was during our promotion match in clubs seasons. This happens so often during the promotion match and nothing gets down by anyone

We understand how frustrating dealing with cheaters can be, particularly during the weekend competition.

However, the EA Forums are not the right place to report them; it's against the rules to name and shame other players.

Please find the Report a player form and fill it out so that our teams can investigate the matter further. Each of your reports will help us fight the cheaters!

I'm sorry, but we can't help with the match results in these cases; they can't be changed. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
