This is occurring to often. Do EA even do anything about it?

I am using Barry's link to report people and I have reported hundreds. Here is the direct link:

The problem is that EA has stopped looking at the reports since Jan 4th. None of the reports have been closed after this date.
I have made constructive recommendations here and so have others. The situation right now is crazy. 90% of the people I meet in Champions are cheating. Over 50% are cheating in Rivals. Are we supposed to only play squad battles against AI?
It would be nice if SOMEONE at EA actually listens to those who are actually paying their salaries (we) and give some constructive feedback instead of marketing ploys like "Javelin anti-cheat".
