Hackers

I won the last match 8-6, and at the end of the match, on the return screen to the menu, I got a warning saying I was exiting Ultimate Team. I tried to re-enter, but it said the server was experiencing heavy traffic. I closed and reopened the game, entered Ultimate Team, and now I'm showing as having lost the match. 

And in other matches, some opponents are cheating by freezing my players and going on to score goals. I'm so tired of playing against cheaters, please help, all our hard work is going to waste.
