Haven't played for 10 days... What have you done EA

As the top says I haven't been very active recently because I got a bit board towards the end of last season. I have logged on this morning to play gauntlet and the gameplay is awful. How on earth have they screwed up what was a promising start to the game. Dribbling feels sluggish with players it was smooth before, passing feels slow and almost every game I have played the opponent is AI defending which I can't believe hasn't been fixed in 2025. Why do you guys do this so often where you just bomb your own game with an update early on.
