Hello, I need help with FIFA 26.

1) Every time I try to play Squad Battles in Ultimate Team, the game crashes. I already tried reinstalling, deleting saved data, creating a new squad and changing the stadium, but nothing worked. The problem only happens with my club — if I use another profile on the same console, Squad Battles works fine. It looks like something in my club (stadium, squad, or customization item) is corrupted and needs a reset.  

2) I also didn’t receive my Ultimate Edition rewards (loan Icon, packs, etc.), even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition.  

Could you please check my account and fix these issues?
