How do I change the FC 26 “<> L” key combination setting?

I'm playing on my computer without any controllers attached. I'm using the keyboard. This combination: <>+L held down, but no matter which key I try, I can't make a selection. The <>+L key combination prevents me from selecting a match goal at the start of the game. I've shared it in the attached file.
