How do we get Roles on our Make Your Idol player's?

I just completed my make your idol to 91 and was also wanting to know about position roles.  My make your idol only has +1 on a couple of position roles, he basically does not have any.  This kind of defeats the purpose and makes him worthless to use.  EA needs to add some objectives to give us player roles for our make your idol or have some very cheap sbcs.
