To the EA Support Team,

I am writing to sincerely apologise for breaching the EA rules by purchasing coins. I fully understand that this behaviour goes against the Terms of Service, and I take complete responsibility for my actions. I made a mistake, and I deeply regret it.

I want to emphasise that I truly love this game. I’ve been a loyal player since FIFA 16, and the series has been a big part of my life for many years. The last thing I ever wanted was to jeopardise my account or disrespect the community and the rules that keep the game fair for everyone.

I can promise that I will never engage in this behaviour again. I’ve learned from this experience, and I am committed to following all EA guidelines moving forward. I hope you can consider my long-term dedication to the game and give me the opportunity to continue playing fairly.
