How do you do that first touch when you’re inside the box?

How do you do that first touch everyone talks about “into space” when you’re inside the box?

I use alternate controls and I sprint by holding RB, so I’m a bit confused about the right inputs.

I haven’t played in a while, but I remember watching tutorials about this kind of first touch that worked really well inside the penalty area, where you push the ball into space straight away to create room against the defender.

I just can’t remember the exact buttons now:
1) what are the most effective first touches,
and
2) which one is the most commonly used?

    I’m not having a go at you but why don’t you learn and create your own way to play, play a couple of squad battles and use different formations whilst rotating your players instead of doing first touch or playing  it out wide run down the line roll it into the box and goal, nearly every team I come up against that’s all they do but they moan the game is unrealistic cos it’s 4-4 after 15 mins but that is why the game is so draining and boring cos it’s to predictable the total opposite to how a real game of football is,  if you sniper shot an enemy in the head and he didn’t die you wouldn’t play the game would you cos it’s not realistic but that is exactly how it is playing FC26 and why FC26 is what it is
