How long do you get banned from matchmaking if you go AFK in rush?

Close to 100% of the matches I enter have 1 or more AFK. This was an issue last year, but EA patched it. We all know they are removing Rush next year, as per the leaks, so I assume to reflect that they abandoned the mode in 26.


Is there no punishment at all for going AFK? Is that what they're telling me to do? I tend to quit but then they swing the ban hammer and I cant enter matches.

I can go AFK if that is how the game is supposed to be played.

    Feels like there should be something in game the same there is for leaving. If I leave because all 7 other users are AFK I am the only one punished. I said every game has at least one and you want me to report them through that? Hm.

    Feels like you're putting the onus onto me instead of onto yourself. 

    I disagree that what you have written answers my question and I disagree that you are punishing the community for trying to play.

    Onus - refers to a burden, responsibility, or duty to do something, often implying a difficult or unpleasant task. It is frequently used in formal contexts to designate who bears accountability.
