How long will EA allow Fc26 Champions Hacking

Can EA provide any tips or explain what they are doing to address the constant online  hacking \ exploits with the player lock\ freeze exploit during online FC champs game mode, where players use in game assets they’ve paid for? (For clarity this is when your opponent disables all of your players  Paying apart from 1 and your ai players are frozen) consumers pay for a service they’re unable to protect the integrity of, and EA having the gall to call it competitive is misleading and probably breaks a stack of consumer laws. 

What’s EA’s stance on this? I’m using this platform  to give EA an opportunity to respond as an official recorded query in the event that I pursue legal avenues for financial recompense. Given they have no responsive support channels. 

Given the recent lawsuits in the USA against social media company’s services, they should probably take a more serious approach to what they are doing/failing to do with they’re exploitative attitude. 

EA can use this as an opportunity to direct me to any official response to the hacking problems in FC26.
