How to complete the FUT "3 rush games" objective without PS Plus?

(First-timer here; any help greatly appreciated!)

(This is on PS5.) To unlock the transfer market, I need to complete the "Venturing Out"-objective, and its "Play 3 Rush Games." How to do that without PS Plus? (I'm always just shown a screen with a plan selection when selecting that sub-objective.) I tried to play offline rush games outside of FUT, with "Kick Off" in main menu, but that does not seem to count..

Am I missing something (I hope)? Or does the transfer market actually require PS Plus?
