Community ManagerEA_Vendcera I’m trying to redeem a beta code for FC26, but it doesn’t work. It said that I had already redeemed the first code even though I wasn’t able to download the game. And after generating a new code, it tells me that “the prepaid card could not be redeemed”. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Go to the store and search fc26 should be there hopefully
On Xbox I went to full library and then owned games menu and found the beta waiting to be installed
go put your code in to the beta code tool and it will get you a new code
