Just to clarify the release times. The release date should be based on your time zone in the EA app.
- For PC users, the game will launch worldwide at 12 AM New Zealand time on September 19th, which is actually the 18th for most PC users. This is the release time you see on the checkout, during the purchase.
- For console players, there's a rolling release at 12 AM local time on the 19th in every country.
Hope this helps clear things up!

literally same for me, september 19th 2:00 AM, why is that so?
is it just a visual glitch? cause 12 AM NZ Time on September 19th would be 3:00 PM on September 18th for me.

Hi EA_Pulsar than you for the response. Do you know why it was saying for my friend (and is still saying for my friend) that he will be able to play 11 hours earlier than the above 12AM NZ time that you have given
EA_Pulsar Could we please get a response. It is still saying 9:00AM for those who pre-ordered the game. We lose the advantage of early access if people are getting access to the game 11 hours before. When it is going to be corrected to the right time for PC users on the EP app?
On Steam it says that I can't play until the 26th and yet I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, any clarification on that please, is it a visual bug or something else
