I can play on the 19th but my friend can play on the 18th

It says on my PC that i have access to the game at 9am on the 19th. but my friend on the ea app on PC says he can play at 10 pm on the 18th. why is that? i have preordered and he hasn't, If i but ea ...

Hi everyone,
Just to clarify the release times. The release date should be based on your time zone in the EA app.
- For PC users, the game will launch worldwide at 12 AM New Zealand time on September 19th, which is actually the 18th for most PC users. This is the release time you see on the checkout, during the purchase.
- For console players, there's a rolling release at 12 AM local time on the 19th in every country.
