Since no one is answering this forum i contacted a live chat agent and the response that i got is the game on pc will release on the 19th at 12 am in new Zeeland time so you need to do the math for your country and that should be the time that you can access it for me its 3pm on the 18th in Greece time. The ea agent told me that is most likely a visual bug that is going around and we should be good to play in the time that it actually releases and if not to contact them.
the only issue is the live chat guys are just outsourced customer service from india and generally don't know how the game works of has any direct contact with EA. So they may say this, but i would take it with a grain of salt as well.
Don’t worry, I’ve been playing on PC for years, and this same visual bug shows up every year. You’ll always be able to play as soon as EA says the game is released. Steam just shows the release date for the Standard Edition and never updates to reflect that you have the Ultimate Edition. The store page also doesn’t update until right before launch. So no need to stress - you’ll be able to play EA FC 26 at midnight New Zealand time, which is 1 PM BST!
