It says on my PC that i have access to the game at 9am on the 19th. but my friend on the ea app on PC says he can play at 10 pm on the 18th. why is that? i have preordered and he hasn't, If i but ea play pro will i be able to play earlier?

The release date should be based on your time zone in the EA app. - For PC users, the game will launch worldwide at 12 AM New Zealand time on September 19th, which is actually the 18th for most PC users. This is the release time you see on the checkout, during the purchase. - For console players, there's a rolling release at 12 AM local time on the 19th in every country.Hope this helps clear things up!

Brother can we get a reply to this jesus **bleep**ing christ. It is still saying for some people that pre-ordered the ultimate edition that they can't start playing the game until 11 hours after the 12AM new zealand time. what is going on? why are we not getting the same start time as everyone else despite paying the most? EA play members are able to get on at 12AM new zealand time. Why can't we?

Since no one is answering this forum i contacted a live chat agent and the response that i got is the game on pc will release on the 19th at 12 am in new Zeeland time so you need to do the math for your country and that should be the time that you can access it for me its 3pm on the 18th in Greece time. The ea agent told me that is most likely a visual bug that is going around and we should be good to play in the time that it actually releases and if not to contact them.

the only issue is the live chat guys are just outsourced customer service from india and generally don't know how the game works of has any direct contact with EA. So they may say this, but i would take it with a grain of salt as well.

I can play on the 19th but my friend can play on the 18th

I was excited, but I don't pay 6€ to play it half a day earlier. Just dont understand why the separation of ultimate edition and ea play. You would think 90 € are enough 😅

So, if I have ultimate edition pre ordered and already downloaded to my playstation 5 console and I buy and add ea play today with 14 hours to go until midnight launch can I play at 10pm (by adding the ea play?)

For those who purchased the Ultimate Edition through Epic or Steam, it appears to be September 19th, but according to what you've said, if you purchase EA Play, you should be able to access it on September 18th. This is where the problem begins: the EA app displays September 19th. We need to know if this is a visual bug or if we won't be able to access it. Please help.
