Icon Packs & rewards not showing up after 24hrs

Self explanatory. 

Ended up buying FC26 exclusively for the icon packs but even after 24hrs the icon pack nor the point rewards have been delivered to my account. 

Is this because I’m using the companion app? 

That should not be a problem. To receive something I paid for? 

Unacceptable.
