I'm done!

Literally. After conceiving 3 goals in 2 games while being in perfect position between the ball and the opponent's striker to intercept the final pass, I smashed my controller into 2 pieces. The second on FC26. Lost count how many over the last few years.

I don't know why this keeps happening. Time after time, defenders are not doing the simpliest tasks. On the other side of the pitch, I tried for 3 times to pass the ball to a free team mate. 3 times the ball ended up with a player I wasn't even aiming for! Nerve wrecking! 

Kickoff looks the same like in reality. From there, nothing looks like the beautiful game football is. No fluid combinations, excitement, relief after a late equaliser or sadness when you take a late goal. There is only frustration. Caused by broken gameplay, bad connections, toxic players and time wasters.

Not gonna buy a new controller immediately. FC26 takes all the fun out of gaming in general for me.

 Absolutely gutted. Disgusted! Game over!
