***ING CONSOLE SHUTDOWN
Will be 4 months since launch soon and the game still shuts down the console when trying to play the game
Honestly you seriously are the worst developers out there, scamming customers to buy your games.

First off. If this was a serious problem do you not think everyone would be after EA?
Do you not think it would be all over the Internet?
Which Xbox have you got?
Do other games launch fine without shut off?
Have you unplugged all usb accessories? Some things like guitar hero etc... cause weird issues.
Factory reset console as last resort.
If you can answer some of these things we can move to next steps.
